Return & Exchange Policy

At Chaps & Cheeks, we want you to love your purchase.

Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Your Rights Under Australian Law

We follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if your item:

  • Has a major fault or defect
  • Is unsafe
  • Is significantly different from the description or sample shown
  • Doesn’t do what it is supposed to do

These rights apply to all customers and cannot be excluded.

 

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, briefs and undergarments, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or hygiene reasons, unless:

  • The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and hygiene liners are still attached
  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery

If these conditions are met, we can offer a store credit or exchange (not a refund).

 

🚚 How to Return

  1. Contact our team at chapsandcheeks@outlook.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, return items to the details provided to you.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

 

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn swimwear or briefs
  • Items without the original hygiene sticker/tags
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Piercing Jewellery 

⏱ Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your item.
  • Refunds for faulty items are issued via the original payment method.
  • Store credits/exchanges will be emailed to you once approved.
