Cancellation policy

At Chaps & Cheeks, we want you to shop with confidence knowing exactly what to expect when purchasing your western-inspired pieces. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Purchase Options


We offer two types of purchasing options:

1. In-Stock Items

These items are ready to ship from our warehouse. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.


2. Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are made specially for you and will have an estimated shipping date listed in the product description. Please note that these dates are an estimate only — small delays may occur due to production or delivery schedules.


If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.

 

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders may be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at chapandcheeks@outlook.com.au
  • After 24 hours, your order will begin processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • For pre-orders, cancellations after the 24-hour window are not permitted, as production begins specifically for your order.

 

Refunds & Returns

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, pre-order delays, or incorrect size selection.
  • Please refer to our Return Policy for details on eligible returns and exchanges.
